[wxperl-users] wxFileSystemHandler

I added some information to the Wiki (wxperl.pvoice.org) about 
wxFileSystemHandler. It's basically the code from Mattia's demo.pl, 
which does not seem to be documented anywhere in the wxWindows 
documentation...
It's a very cool feature though.
