Initial Comment:
I like 

Wx::Process

and I would appreciate a port of it,
separate and independent of Wx,
so that people  can use the Wx::Process
without use'ing Wx;

That way people like me can just
use Wx::Process;
and go about our business without worrying
what OS we're on (cause Win32 ain't great, and I don't 
like having to code alt-versions of code for Win32 and 
unix)

i'd be interested in helping porting, but this 
shouldn't be too hard since you've already done it
(me is an XS virgin)
