[wxperl-users] sourceforge mailing list issues

Hi all,

I just spent 4 days working on something in wxMozilla that would have 
been solved if only google had indexed the sourceforge lists.  I was 
only able to find the thread after some pretty selective searching on 
sourceforge's horrid mail-archive interface (and yeah, I guess I should 
have checked that earlier.)

Also, I get a pretty regular flow of spam on this list.  I've been told 
that mailing lists can't be configured to disallow non-member traffic.  
Is that really the case?

I'm wondering if I'm the only one thinking we should consider using the 
perl.org mailing lists.
