Constant.xs in the source needs updating for wxWidgets 2.8.x

I shall fix the ppms and post a diff for the source (if Mattia doesn't
get there first) a little later.

If you wish to fix from source yourself, the WXK_ code parts in
Constant.xs in the wxPerl source need to match those in
../include/wx/defs.h in the wxWidgets source.
