[wxperl-users] Perlwrapper updated for tiger

I've posted an updated version of PerlWrapper for OS X Tiger.  It  
will now compile unlike the previous version.

I can't take credit for the changes in the package since I  
shamelessly just made the changes that were suggested by another  
wxperl user on this list (the archives are your friend).
