Sorry if this seems obvious to everyone else, but... could you be a little more specific?
How does one 'init the fs handler'?
The HtmlWindow man pages don't say anything about an fs handler.
I don't see a class called Wx::FS. The closest I can find is Wx::FileSystem, but I don't see a clear connection between FileSystem and HtmlWindow.
