We've never made a PPD, but it is a Pure Perl module you should be able 
to drop it in easily enough.  Worst case, find out where POE is 
installed on your system, and copy the Wx.pm file to the 
<install_dir>\POE\Loop\ directory.  Also, since it is pure perl , will 
CPAN not work to install it on Win32?
