  if you download patch.exe from gnuwin32.sf.net (or another
Win32-survival-kit-for-Unix-users site of your choice) you
should be able to replace inc/bin/patch with inc/bin/patch.exe.

  I will give it a try and release Alien::wxWidgets 0.20.
