[wxperl-users] Additions to Wx::Grid

Hi Mattia,

I have wrapped a few of the newer methods added to the Wx::Grid class:

Wx::Grid::EnableDragColMove
Wx::Grid::GetCellOverflow
Wx::Grid::GetDefaultCellOverflow
Wx::Grid::SetDefaultCellOverflow

I have not used #if WXPERL_W_VERSION_GE at all as I do not know when these
methods were introduced, apart from EnableDragColMove which I believe was
just added now in 2.7.0.

All tested and working on wxWidgets-MSW-2.7.0-rc1
