#27 Better Script Management

1. Be able to combine scripts from multiple characters
2. Be able to toggle scripts on and off
3. Better script creation page that optimizes workflow
(IE, move the python class part of the script to the
bottom, so that tabs work better. Newly created scripts
should be automatically selected)
