#25 Export as HTML function

I would like wxmud to have a function to export
highlighted text to html. for example

After highlighting a block of text in the mud window,
righ clicking or maybe accesing from a pull down menu
you could export what you have highlighted as html. It
should be able to convert ANSI color , MXP links/images
etc, as if you were looking at the real window.

In addition the logging facility could be added such an
option too. As the necessary backend support would already
be there then.
