wxmaxima on Mac OS X Maverick

    Hi all,

I am using wxMaxima on a MacBook Air with OS X 10.9.3. After updating to wxMaxima 13.4 I have the problem that my wxm-files seem to be empty. For example: I create a file with the input '1+1;'. Maxima gives the correct result. After closing the file and open it again instead of '1+1;' there is the '-->'-sign. The same problem appears when opening files which have been created with an older version of wxMaxima. Can anybody help? Inspecting the files with an editor reveals that the contents is ok. In addition: Maxima shows the message "Maxima is calculating ..."

    Best regards,
