Hi,

I added two switches MATHPLOT_DISABLE_PRINTING and MATHPLOT_DISABLE_SCREENSHOT to turn off the code for screenshots and printing. This is useful in cases where they are not needed and saves some bytes of code.

Beside of that I did some changes to let the code compile properly wiht wxWidgets 2.9 and on QNX
