messed up the .git in /dat1/w21 by overwriting some of the .git from /usb1 :(

setup a new git repo in sf.net -- w22 in /data/w22

and ln -s /data/w22 /w21 to run off the new git repo

had to put in hard paths in:

1) run.cron.tcsh
2) ~/.wxmaprc and mod ~/.alias to cd $W2 vice /w$W2_VERSION set by .wxmaprc  # a red herring?
3) the crontab itself
