#11 slow "save as" write speed

i think that "save as" write speed is not as fast as it can be.

cpu usage is only at ~30% and disk usage is 1M/s (lower than 1 %) after the speed dropped to stable value like around 0.5-0.63M/s
hope that this can be optimized :)

one another thing
can insertion or deletion of bytes happened in the end of file get a faster "save as" / direct save? would it be possible?
