The documentation for bitmapButton
(wxhaskell-0.11.0/doc/html/Graphics-UI-WX-Controls.html) contains the
phrase:
Use the image attribute to set the bitmap
this should be:
Use the 'picture' attribute to set the bitmap
Add to the list of instances: 'Pictured';
this is probably also necessary for bitmapButtonRes
