[wxhaskell-users] darcs patch: Add shelarcy patch for compile with GHC-6.6 (and 2 more)

This is a resend of my patch bundles from Friday and this morning
(2006-10-27/2006-10-29).

The bundles I sent might have been corrupted by my mailer.  It turns out
my darcs/mail configuration was wrong (again) and should now be fixed.

   make
   (sudo) make install
   make wx
   (sudo) make wx-install

  This is a tweak of Shelarcy's patch for making wxhaskell compile on GHC 6=
.6.
  The intention is to avoid the surprising behaviour of wxcore being instal=
led
  when the user types 'make'.
