[wxhaskell-users] Fix for the ghc6.4 patches

Hi.

We had some trouble with wxHaskell for ghc6.4
It was like: 

Loading package wxcore-0.9 ... linking ... ghc.exe:
C:/cygwin/usr/local/lib/wxcore2.o: unknown symbol `_wxcWakeUpIdle'
ghc.exe: unable to load package `wxcore-0.9'

The problem was our patch for the configure script.
