I re-reviewed the wx site, and notice wxdirect generates wxcore. So I am not sure where I would put any new C++ classes that were not part of wxWidgets itself. I guess one could argue for a wxWidgets table class with callbacks and then layering over that. There is, however, a C++ sample program (griddemo) included in the wxWidgets source. WxHaskell is a huge library and much of it is uncharted territory, you will probably be the first to use GridTableBase in a Haskell program.
