[wxhaskell-devel] New organizational repo for wxHaskell

I have created a new github organisation 'wxHaskell' and moved my wxHaskell fork into it, see https://github.com/wxHaskell/wxHaskell. My fork https://github.com/atzedijkstra/wxHaskell does not exist anymore, I'll adapt the relevant wikis.
