  * Move wxcore.cabal to wxcore and use Simple build method.

  The assumption here is that the automatically generated files have already
  been built.

     ./wxcore.cabal -> ./wxcore/wxcore.cabal
    A ./wxcore/license.txt
    M ./wxcore/wxcore.cabal -3 +2
