I recived question for Debian's pacakage in Japanese Haskell mailing-list (haskell-jp).

He uses ghc 6.8 on Debian. So, he want to know about that why debian's
package is only ghc 6.6's one, and can we release ghc 6.8's package.

I checked Debian's package site. And it seems that debian provides ghc
6.8 for many platforms.
