#10 Add support wxUIActionSimulator API

Add support for wxUIActionSimulator API to be able to trigger own events that for instance may help to simulate button press event and make a button looks like its pressed.

I have wanted this in my pet-project https://github.com/metachronica/audio-midihaskey to indicate pressing buttons by pressed keys on a keyboard, I realized that the wxhaskell doesn't have bindings for that, so I chose to use background/text coloring for that instead for now.
