#52 C++ code generation improvements

Having fun creating my first GUI program again, since 15 years or so. wxGlade makes life so much easier. Thanks for that.

It could make my life even easier. May I suggest the following features, concerning C++ code generation?

• getting rid of the event table and bind events using the Bind() member functions of the widgets. I'd especially love defining event handlers as c++11 lambda functions.

• a way to declare additional member functions in generated class headers. I presumed the extracode block was meant for the purpose, but it is placed outside of the class declaration, just after the dependencies block. (is this a mistake?)
