Well, I don't provide installers, so I can't tell much about such problems.
I would guess that the problem is that there are no wxPython 4.0.7 packages for Python 3.4:
https://pypi.org/project/wxPython/#files
You should try an older version and give feedback to the provider of the installer.
E.g. 4.0.6 has Python 3.4 packages: https://pypi.org/project/wxPython/4.0.6/#files
