#42 attributes for custom controls

At the moment, no style attributes/child xml nodes are saved in the generated xrc file for custom controls,
even though the user can modify some attributes, e.g. size and position, in the editor.
It would be useful to have checkboxes for these attributes that allow the attribute to be saved to the xrc file as well.
