#9 Problem showing after close when 2 docked windows

When you have two windows docked on the same host and
close the "top" one and then try to show it it doesn't
reappear. It is there, it's just behind the other
window, because if you detach the previous "bottom"
window the previous "top" window reappears. The problem
doesn't happen if you close and show the "bottom" window.
I am using wxWindows 2.6.1 and wxDockIt 2.0.1 on
Windows XP with Service Pack 2.
