#12 Painting or event problem

Hi

just found such a bug.

If I run the mdi example, create a new child
then press Win-D button (for minimazing all the window
from desktop), then press one more Win-D for restoring
the windows, then the application acts very strange.
Actualy when you drag the MDI child window it
overpaints all the docked windows.
I guess somehow the LayoutManager loses some
events after minimazing/ restoring.
