#21 Show "air breaks" in public playlists.

talk sets/set breaks aren't showing up on the archived
lists, which makes it difficult for a listener to
figure out the name of the song they heard on a show
(i.e., usually they can remember "it was two songs
before the dj talked". can we have some indication of
where talk sets occur?
