Given that we can now create menus (Yippee) wouldn't it
make the most sense to dock the menubar in the upper
left hand corner of the frame, and ensure that the
toolbar appears below it?

I can handle not seeing the whole menu on the form, but
find it a little annoying that its icon floats on the
form. I would like to see this as an option (docked
menu or floating menu) for those who are not as stuck
in the mud as me.

Also would really like to see the created menu appear
on the form as it appears in the final program.

I tried fixing this problem but it seems to be an impossible
task as of now. Let me do some more investigation.

Would it be possible to adapt the code you are using for the
Toolbar? Give it a different colour with the associated menu
icon in the middle or wherever. You would then obviously
need to adjust the toolbar code top take into account
whether there was a menu there or not (otherwise we could
get the problem that the toolbar docks at 0,0 over the menu
    (also docked at 0,0)

The problem is the menubar is not displayed in the Designer
form. I was not able to find a way to fix it. It seems my
Delphi code needs some tweaking. Let me explore them further.
