#516 Source file has date modified even if no edit done!

When wxDev-C++ is used to browse a C or C++ source file, even if no edit at all is performed in the file when the file is closed the timestamp of the file is modified.

This is specially bad when the sources are CVS controlled because TortoiseCVS marks then as "Modified" even if diffing them against the module file shows no difference!!

IMO this is a bug.
