#491 An app started from the IDE doesn't get messages under win32

I wrote an using wxwidgets.
On my main dialog, I overriden MSWWindowProc to get messages from an other app.
If started from the IDE (run or debug) the messages won't get through
If started independently, it works.
If I can provide any help, just tell and I'll try.
