#412 Component focus alters when IDE loses focus

When a component is selected in the IDE it is framed with Black drag handles. Pressing delete deletes the component. However when a component is selected if another program recieves the focus, when you switch back to the IDE the component is framed with grey drag handles with black borders pressing delete now does nothing. Clicking on the component again does not alter this.
