[Wxdevide-devs] wxInstance from dll

i don't know if this was available in 2.8 but i have switched over to 2.9.1
(since it seems to work unlike the previous one) and while looking through
samples i found the "dll" sample. it seems someone has put some effort into
making wxWidgets launchable from a dll, in such case does not need winmain.
i don't know if it would work with delphi and i don't know if we want to try
but i remember a past conversation about this very idea.
