To stress the point, AFAIK ALL open source licenses require the creep to not only acknowledge that he got some or all of our code, but also that he has some method for his clients to download the code he took. In the case of the Code:Blocks creep, I think his biggest error was that he neglected to mention that he grabbed the C:B source, changed a few window captions, and voila! -Tony |
