Remove and Replace all remaining deprecated functions
with the recommendated replacement functions or
workarounds. Deprecated functions are those declared
obsolete, out-of-date, and/or no longer supported by
the current C++ compilers, the wxWidgets toolkit, and
the gtk+ toolkit used to create wxDeveloperStudio.
