I have not been able to reproduce this bug, it appears to a "*** glibc detected *** double free or corruption" or similar issue, the actual message will be printed to the terminal.
Although the gdb log is incomplete since there are no debug symbols in dclib or valknut, I could see the general location of the problem, some changes were made to CString::FindRev() in svn 3067, so please try latest svn.
