I have added unimplemented bindings methods Label() - both setting and getting - and Wrap() method.

Label should already be in the Control superclass, but added Wrap method (in CVS).
If you can use the Tracker with bugs/patches, that makes it easier to apply - thanks!
Do I have all necessary permissions or is it open for everybody?
It should be open to all (read-only), although the anonymous access might be slightly delayed:
