#28 most samples still rely on Phobos

When building with Tango, which is required when using LDC, most samples use std.string and/or std.stdio (mainly for std.string.format and writefln, which should be fairly easy to fix) and so fail to build. The only samples which will currently build with Tango are: Controls, Dialogs, EventDemo, Hello, HTML, HtmlHelp, Minimal, Platform, Splitter, and Wizard. There should at least be an ifeq("$(LIBRARY)", "Tango") block in the samples makefile to build just these until the rest are updated for Tango.

Right, this is a known issue. Both LDC and Tango are new to wxD.

Disabled the samples unported to Tango in the Makefile now (in CVS).

Xrc demo also builds, after working around an internal compiler error.
