#2 wxCRP hangs when On-Line Update is performed

wxCRP 1.3 does not work when on-line update is
preformed.
I am using Windows XP and my internet connection passes
through a proxy server.
I followed update instructions listed on web site.

Here is the log from the update:

Select your site to update the selected repository ...
Current repository version is : 1
ERROR: Update error occured .. aborting
