#42 wxFreeChart compatibility with wxWidgets v3.1

wxFreeChart is quite fast in drawing diagrams even if big amounts of data have to be displayed. The example it comes with currently raises an assert, though, complaining about zero-size bitmaps which aren't legal any more in wxWidgets 3.1 and up. The attached patch resolves this problem.
