wxSQLite3 3.3.1 released

The new version 3.3.1 of wxSQLite3 - a thin wrapper for the SQLite database for wxWidgets applications - supports the current version 3.12.1 of SQLite. This version is compatible with wxWidgets 2.8.12 and wxWidgets 3.0.2.

Recent changes

• Upgrade to SQLite version 3.12.1
• Added method wxSQLite3Database::GetSystemErrorCode
• Removed wxSQLitePlus database browser (dbadmin sample application); see https://github.com/guanlisheng for an actively maintained version
