Hi John (i think),

Running configure, tells me at the end that:

configure: error: Versions of Bakefile used to generate makefile (0.2.2) 
and configure (0.2.0) do not match.
This is with the latest CVS.

What can be the problem ?

well, exactly what the error description says :)

acregen.sh needs to be rerun after removing all old m4 files (aclocal.m4 
autoconf_inc.m4, autom4te.cache, etc).

Oops, you mentioned this before, but I forgot to actually do it.
