FirebirdResultSet::SetDateTimeFromTm
Setting with struct tm& timeInTm causes an assert because of the following
dateReturn.Set(..., timeInTm.tm_year + 1900
It adds 1900 to an absent date so day = 0, month = 0, year = 1900 causing an assert.
