Just a minor question: wouldn't be better to call it wxDragSpinCtrl ?
it's much more readable IMHO...

if that's not a problem, I'd change this to 'fdragspinctrl' as the 'wx'
prefix should not be used for new components (we already have enough
components with that (useless) prefix).
