Good day. 
This patch fixes wxDateTime Binding for ODBC layer. 

In the current realisation imposible to Bind date param to MS SQLServer ODBC driver. 

This path tested on MSVS 2003, SQLServer 2000, wxWidgets 2.8.6, UNICODE.
