Summary: wxCURL: configure fails

Initial Comment:
I got a snapshot of wxCURL SVN. I tried to install it on Windows with MinGW. When I ran ./configure in the wxCURL folder I got:

configure: error: cannot find install-sh or install.sh in build "."/build

configure log file attached.
