very strange. I can reproduce it here (ubuntu) using bakefile SVN 
however. It looks bakefile ends up in an endless loop.

Unfortunately I cannot debug it right now but maybe you could look at 
other components with more than 1 sample to see why it works there and 
not in yours...

I'll have a deeper look this weekend...
