[wxCode-users] Compiling wxvidcap

Hi
I have downloaded the wxcode.zip file.I want to
compile wxvidcap component.But it has only .dsp
file.
How to compile a wxvidcap in wxmsw2.6.4 ?
Is there any procedure to compile the wxcode
componenets in wxmsw?
