[wxCode-users] new FAQ item: How to submit patches to wxCode

Hi all,
    I've updated the FAQ page of wxCode with a new FAQ: How to submit 
modification back to the wxCode maintainer.

I think this is very useful to have as many people so far asked me 
details about patching. Now I can reply them just this link:
